GETTING MARKET READY

This networking event in Portside, the heart of the West End, is an opportunity to meet fellow Pilbara stallholders as well as learn what it takes to have a successful market stall at large scale events such as our upcoming Twilight Makers Market in November.

In addition, we believe that understanding your market, customers, and space is critical to sales success, so merchandising expert, Amy Morton, will facilitate a session to learn how to capture customer attention by making the best use of your market space.

She will cover:

• What is Visual Merchandising?
• Floorplaning (tables, walls)
• Considerations and improvements of VM.
• Signage

In the end, we will conduct a public consultation to understand our local stallholders’ needs and aspirations.
