What’s the Benefits of Yoga?
- Stress Reduction: Yoga combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, which helps lower cortisol levels and reduce stress.
- Enhanced Mood: Regular practice can increase the production of serotonin and endorphins, improving mood and alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression.
- Mindfulness and Awareness: Yoga encourages mindfulness through focused attention on the present moment, which can help manage negative thought patterns and improve emotional regulation.
