HAPPY HEDLANDERS SERIES FOR MENTAL HEALTH WEEK
Move and meditate for mental health this October during Portside’s Happy Hedlanders series! These FREE community events include pilates, yoga, sound healing and meditation – each offering unique benefits for mental health, contributing to overall wellbeing.
About the Instructor: Mariana
Mariana is a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with over eight years’ experience and has completed training in both Brazil and Australia. You’ll leave her class feeling invigorated!
What’s the Benefits of Yoga?
  • Stress Reduction: Yoga combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, which helps lower cortisol levels and reduce stress.
