This diptych is part of a series that explores memory and place, nostalgia, and identity. This work incorporates earth pigments and evocative found objects from locations featuring heavily in past settings. July school holidays in the 1980s were spent camping inland along abandoned railway lines, and in September we headed to the coast to pick ripe quandongs.
