“This painting is of Malu Kumpu, at the big lake to the north east of Tjukurla. You seen that little creek with the salt water, that is the Malu Kumpu. It is still here. The tali (sandhills) are around the lake. There is always a little bit of water in the lake, even when it rains it is only full in that one spot.”
