The Junction Co. invite you to explore the Stepping into View exhibition Showcasing Emerging & Early-Career Pilbara and Gascoyne Artists.
Radial 1.0 introduces a dynamic group of emerging and early-career artists from across the Pilbara. The program provides a platform for participants to develop their practice, experiment with new ideas, and share their creative voices with the community. Spanning painting, watercolour, acrylic, oil, mixed media, and drawing, the exhibition reflects the diversity of stories and perspectives within the region.
Each work speaks to the artists’ unique experiences while highlighting the creativity, cultural strength, and connection to place that defines the Pilbara.
Throughout the exhibition, themes of identity, memory, and belonging emerge, often expressed through landscape, portraiture, and abstraction. Some works explore the interplay between natural beauty and human industry, while others are meditative expressions of emotion, rhythm, or movement.Together, the series presents a rich and interconnected survey of artistic voices shaped by personal, regional, and cultural narratives, celebrating both the individuality of each artist and the shared connections between them.
Radial 1.0 realises our vision to engage, grow, and empower regional creatives, supporting artists on their professional journey and enriching the Pilbara’s cultural landscape.
