SOUND HEALING WORKSHOP
Experience the benefits of sound healing and do something for YOU as part of Mental Health Week. A completely free workshop will be held in the Courthouse Gallery+Sudio Gardens so why not give it a try? Bring along whatever makes you comfortable, mat, blankets, pillows, water bottle. We do have some yoga mats, picnic rugs and cushions spare. But most of all bring an open mind ready to receive this rejuvenating and spiritual experience.
